Someone who is creative, competent, responsible, proactive and enjoys building a good relationship with people. I can work very well as part of a team, and I can also work independently and under pressure with minimal supervision. I pride myself on being very keen to learn and glean as much knowledge and skills as possible to better myself as an individual.

The most important skills that I have learnt during my working experience is communication, leadership, and management skills, such as being a goal-driven leader who maintains a productive climate and confidently motivates, mobilizes, and coaches employees to meet high performance standards; also, to plan and organize, by being a results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of orientation.

A few other skills that I have also learnt is problem solving and critical thinking. This has led to me becoming an innovative problem solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints. Lastly, but not least, teamwork, by becoming a resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
