- 2016 - 2021 : National Head: Trusts. Responsible for the trust department comprising of 3 regions (CTN, JHB, DRB). Responsible for identifying strategic initiatives and implementing, example implemented new trust administration system in the business. Responsible to create and meet annual budget, ensure regulatory requirements are met in business', deal legal issues/ litigation matters with legal department, project management of internal projects, staff development and change management.
- 2015- 2016: Senior Manager: Trusts . Oversight of day to day operations in Cape Town branch, updating of internal processes, collaboration with greater business, dealing litigation matters, identify new business opportunities, staff development and training.
- 2015: Trust Manager: Trusts: Responsible for team of trust managers and practitioners, and the day to day operations of the team. Assisted with technical and legal matters, reviewing and updating internal processes, acting as trustee on book of high net worth/ high risk trust clients.
- 2014 - 2015: Senior Trust Practitioner: Acted as trustee obo Nedgroup Trust on book of high net worth and complex trusts. Legal interpretation of trust deeds, legal documents, contracts etc. Chairing of trustee meetings, minutes, resolutions. Liasing and conflict resolution between trustees, eneficiaries and external parties. Leasing, selling of properties, appointment of investment advisers, reiveiwng of trust assets, acting as director on trust entities.
