Purpose of role:
The role encompasses various responsibilities, including creating project schedules, Overseeing the workflow of all teams, delegating project-specific tasks, managing logistics, removing roadblocks to support the team and keeping account managers informed about project progress and status updates.

Daily agency traffic management
Daily management of projects and workflows
Efficiently organising the team workflow and delegating tasks to team members.
Ensuring the stages of the project are met according to client and brief requirements, budget, resource and deadline deliverables Facilitating and providing timely communication between relevant departments, including digital, accounts, campaign management and creative
Overseeing project resources and assisting with the management of freelance requirements and bookings for larger projects
