I started as an Estate Agent’s Administrative Assistant and my duties included the following;

-Research Regarding the Area Demographics.

-Compiling lists of all streets and sectional title complexes within my agents area. 

-Compiled and regularly updated  “Competition stock file” with regards to all properties for sale in the area ( with other agents). 

-Follow up with buyers and scheduling appointments for property viewings with the Estate Agent. 

-Arrange show houses with sellers, sitting show houses and general office admin (filing, reception, excel etc.).

2016

During my time working for I-Brand Promotions I was a Promotion Girl for the “Jim Beam” alcohol brand, selling and promoting Jim Beam at multiple social hotspots.

Supply Chain & Logistics Level 5. Passing in all 13 Units, one distinction of Very Good, ranging from 70% and up and the remaining 12 Units, distinctions of Excellent, ranging from 95% and up. In Level 5 of Supply Chain & Logistics I learned about the following; What supply chain is, the types of logistics you can experience within a supply chain, logistical and operations strategies, planning and sourcing operations, effective procurement operations, manufacturing and delivery processes, market distributions, transport management systems, warehousing operations, supply chain and inventory management, how to measure the supply chain performance, the system design for supply chain and logistics and lastly the role of information technology. My Units and the work feedback will be attached as well as the Certificate.

Higher Certificate in Business Principles and Practices. 

I graduated from Varsity College in 2020 with a Higher Certificate in Business Principles and Practices, where I majored in Business Principles and Practices*, I had various subjects educating me on the foundation of Business and I had subjects in which I excelled at like Accounting Software and with that ‘SageOne Pastel’ in (which I received a 100% grade for), as well as other subjects I excelled at like Project Management, Accounting 1A, Business Mathematics, Work Integrated Learning, Personal Computing, Business Calculations and many more.
