Jameson has overseen full finance operations, procurement, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, statutory compliance, and audit processes while leading teams of up to 15 professionals. A pivotal achievement involved successfully leading an ERP system implementation, significantly streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency across finance functions. Concurrently, direct management of a finance, procurement and payroll team of more than 13 professionals allowed for mentoring and cultivating strong leadership and technical skills, demonstrably improving overall team performance. Expertise extends to rigorous cost analysis for operational departments, consistently identifying opportunities to optimize expenditure and enhance financial health.

Managing the BBBEE compliance system to engage with the auditors to ensure that the entity keep on being a Level 1 contributor. 

I am liaising directly with internal and external auditors to ensure the processes runs cost effective and efficient, ensuring that the auditors receive the relevant information, timely, complete and accurate to express its opinion. 

Furthermore, a proven track record exists in establishing robust internal controls and ensuring full compliance with IFRS and IFRS for SMEs and statutory compliance.
