I am working at Mukuru as a virtual customer support consultant. My main duties includes handling incoming and outgoing calls to assist Customers with order creation, name edit, capturing customer"s details on the systeam and escalating customer"s query on zendesk. My goal is to provide optimal Customer service and customer satisfaction with every phone call.

I studied Tourism ad Hospitality managent trough IQ Academy, from 2016 till 2018. I also completed certificate of Restricted intelligence {knoewb4} at Mukuru.
