I have over 15 years' experience in the building/construction sector and more recently 18 years’ experience in the hotel industry.  

I attend to a wide scope of daily operations including but not limited to planned maintenance scheduling (PMS), breakdowns, critical checks, utilities monitoring, recording, testing and correcting. I am well qualified in electrical, carpentry and have a wealth of experience with regards to plumbing, fire systems, generators, pumps and pools, sewer treatment and HVAC systems. I run daily operations which include but are not limited to: operations meetings; team meetings, administrative tasks (quotations, orders, invoices, stock checks and control, tool checks, utility readings, monitoring and follow up of contractor's Service Level Agreements; complying to procurement policies and agreements, reviewing and renewing local permits in accordance with prescribed government standards, sourcing and importing parts and equipment, managing all external service providers, monthly rosters and all relevant documentation relating to safe working procedures for all staff and contractors on the property).
