I am an experienced Corporate Master Trainer with a training history of approximately 40 years of training and teaching people from various race backgrounds technical and legislative content for one of the largest utility companies internationally, namely Eskom. I am accredited and registered as an Assessor and Moderator as well as for Designing, Developing, and Delivery of training content

Interestingly, part of my daily training with thousands of learners over time was assisting and correcting their understanding and grammar with business and conversational English in their written assignments and assessments to prepare them for their qualifications. This part of my training work developed and grew into the TEFL / TESOL theater that I am pursuing now as the teaching field I intend to remain in. I draw great satisfaction from seeing young and even aged students benefiting from my training and growing into the persons they richly deserve to become.

My years of experience have taught me the value of relationships and trust-building with students of all ages. My students are comprised of literate, semi-literate, and even illiterate students.
