Worked as deputy head of department and acting HOD at various municipalities where I also engaged and different levels and implemented development projects; developed and managed the first national regional industrial development strategy as a director of Regional Industrial Strategy at the Department of Trade and Industry; managed the implementation of various infrastructure and planning projects through the deployment and Management of different professionals at municipal level as a programme manager at the development Bank of Southern Africa. Also operationalized the first National Treasury Jobs Fund.: Further successfully developed and implemented the first stakeholder engagement strategy and plan for International Ferro Metals SA, and successfully implemented SLP and CSI projects as CSI superintendent: Successfully concluded stakeholder mapping, established and sustained stakeholder engagement platforms and implemented and maintained risks metrics.
