Experience
My 2 years experience in customer care service at Digital mall (pty)Ltd has taught me a great deal about dealing with customers. I have developed a strong problem-solving skills and communication skills. My duties are not limited to;
• Logging customers complaints on CRM and resolving them
• Handling all inbound calls
• Intiating outbound courtesy calls on cases logged
• Assist with store support
• Assist with delivery support
• Logging refund requests for customer with finance department
and doing.

For several years I have focused on my career path and academic pursuits in Bachelor of business administration. I completed the degree satisfactorily on the 1st of November 2022 certificate number 65770.
