About Ishmail Mgwena:

I am currently doing my Advanced Diploma in Application Development. During years of study l specialised in building Software Applications using Java, setting up Applications on GitHub. I have enthusiasm to learn new things hence currently building applications by self tutoring Python and connecting to a database.

Experience

Was involved in Work Integrated Learning project for creating a graduate recruitment portal for CPUT, the project lasted for six month. Got involved in a project based employment as L1 Software Support Analyst from 14 December 2022 to 27 January 2023, responsible for validating and clarify issues described in tickets. Review all relevant knowledge bases and documentation. Fix all end- user issues that are resolvable through the Learning Management System User Interface (UI).
