Good day, my name is Isak.  I am a young, self-driven man, very passionate about challenges in my work place to succeed them. 

I am well spoken, outgoing and sometimes too honest. 

I am very good at delegating and to make sure work gets done the correct way, if I do not have a solution, I will do my best to find a way to make it all happen.

I also learn very quick and always willing to learn more and will walk the extra mile for the business.

Public Relations Officer

1. Solving guest complaints, which inclides the following :

1.1 Noise complaints.

1.2 Warns guests when not complying to the resort rules.

1.3 Wildlife control in the accommodation areas.

1.4 Incident reports.

2. Creating the ultimate holiday experience.

3. Organising events.

4. Great with mic work.

5. Manager of the entertainment staff.

6. Housekeeping assistant.

7. General Maintenance assistant.

8. Helping with check-in and check-out.

9. Guest welcoming on arrival.

10. Manager on duty, which includes:

10.1 Solving any guest complaints,

10.2 Guiding guests to their unit number,

10.3 Collect and drop off keys from main gate and reception,

10.4 Presentable at all times

10.5 On call during the night for any emergencies.

10.6 Weekly courtesy calls to improve resort ratings.

11. First aid qualified - Level 1

12. Peak season activity planning.

13. Ordering stock and any equipment for peak season or special holidays.

14. ESS loading leave planning.

15. Radio inspections.

16. Checking of all first aid boxes.

17. Vehicle inspections.

18. Aurora pre paid meter. (aircon token system)

19. Capable to do but not qualified:

19.1 Operational duties.

19.2 Snake handling.
