driving improvements and fostering innovation across various operational domains.
My journey in policy development includes spearheading accreditation initiatives with
prominent bodies such as SACAI, UMALUSI, and EdExcel Pearson. I have managed extensive
examination processes, both onsite and online, overseeing exams for 1,000 students in South
Africa and 1,700 students internationally, showcasing my ability to handle large-scale and
complex educational projects.
A key aspect of my career has been curriculum implementation, where I have integrated
digital educational content for the SA CAPS and British International Curriculum. I have
successfully expanded our organisation's learning network to 16 centers, which directly
contributed to millions in revenues, demonstrating my capability in collaborative expansion
and business development.
In human resources management, I have effectively scaled our team from 10 part-time
employees to over 100 full-time staff, a testament to my strength in team building and staff
management. My commitment to staff development and learner support is evident in my
initiatives for educator upskilling and the implementation of inclusive educational strategies.
