My name is Herve, and I am 40 years old.

After my diploma in PC network engineering, I have been working as IT Technician for 7 years at Matnet Technology and I have built a solid experience in technical support, troubleshooting, problem solving and customer service.

With my degree in information and resource management at UNISA, I have developed solid in incident and problem management and service operation.

I am dynamic to work in different environment and compliant with policies and procedures.

For example, with my acquired technical skill, I was able to assist the company Conekt Holdings to manage the IT infrastructure and resources at  KIC South Africa (Pty) Ltd,  manage incidents and problems within the defined SLA.

I hope to extend my experience across different industries.

Client Telephonic and Desktop Support.
Providing second and second third level technical support.
Optimizing operational efficiency for users. Infrastructure monitoring & maintenance.
Assisting with server implementations & assisting with the implementation of technical projects.
Ensuring server administration & maintenance task are completed daily.
Ensuring Network administration & planning.
Providing and maintaining infrastructure documentation and monthly site reports.
Ensuring compliance to new and existing I.T. policies, processes, and procedures.
Ensuring SLA agreements with the client are always upheld.

Troubleshoot and solve ICT related issue on site. Report jobs back to the administrator.
Handle new infrastructure, i.e. Router, Switches, cabling, Printer, Wi-Fi)
Plan, design, setup, troubleshoot and client network infrastructure administration.
Setup and maintain servers and provisionally backup Active directory.
Setup VoIP systems. Repair computers and install, tune and upgrade software.
