Hellen Tsoka

My two year experience in volunteering has taught me a great deal about dealing with people. I have developed strong problem-solving skills, honed my ability to manage conflict and deal with demanding individuals and polished my communication skills. I am keen to utilize my passion for excellent customer service in providing the best possible experience in your business. 

I have some strong work experience that will help me with this job if I become successful. I worked for a year at a local pizza restaurant. That helped me to get confidence in talking to the public, and also showed me that this is a job where I will need to work hard. 

I am currently studying for office administration NQF level 3 at bokamoso Youth Center 

I have end user computer certificate, which I obtained from bokamoso Youth Center, on the 30 of June 2023

I completed my matric 2021, at City Deep Adult Center
