Harusha Naidoo

I am a Durban girl, born and raised in the farming area of Tongaat. I started out a temp finance clerk in my company and worked my way up to a Business Systems Analyst in the space of 7-8 years. I have had 5 different promotions within that time period. 

Im proud to have found a career that I love. I understand how a system and data think and its because of that that I have taken our company further into the digital transformation space. 

I currently oversee/ manage any additions, change and enhancements to any of the business systems in our company. We have 15 physical and 4 virtual locations within our business, as well as over 600 000 transactions per month accross the company. 

I work within business and fulfil both the project manager role and the BA role for our ICT team. I provide the BRD's and functional specifications for all changes/ additions. I also manage/ resolve all queries relating to the business systems. 

I am completing an ICT Business Informatics degree at the moment as well as getting my CCBA certfication with IIBA within Babok frameworks concurrently.
