Happiness Netsianda

I am Happiness Netsianda, a graduate of a Higher Certificate in Business Principles and Practice at the Varsity College Waterfall. I am currently completing my last year of a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Management and Accounting at Varsity College Online. I took my studies online in order to gain some much-needed work experience while completing my degree. 

I am a hard worker, pay attention to detail, work well under pressure, and am self-driven. 

I have worked at the Sparkle Girls Mentorship Program as a facilitator. 
The program shut down due to the Covid-19 lockdown and I had to get a new job. 

I am currently working at the Great Yellow Brick (LEGO) in Mall of Africa as a Sales Expert for a year on 15th of August 2023. I have a great work ethic and my customer service is implacable to the point that I have received feedback from clients even on the Legocertifiedstores social media platforms we have clients that rave about my customer service. 

I completed matric in 2016. Started my tertiary education at Varsity College Waterfall in 2017 doing a Higher Certificate in Business Practices and Principles which I graduated in 2019 due to an outstanding balance that had to get settled in order for me to graduate. I am currently completing a double major Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Management and Accounting at Varsity College online so I can continue working while I complete my studies.
