Gwendoline Mogale

I am 46 years old woman. currently working as chief executive officer in Gauteng government department. Apart from my sound educational background, I have good experience in IT field from technical support to managerial experience. I am very hardworking, agile and always committed to work extra hours, just to excel in my outputs. I pay attention to detail to ensure gods quality of services. My performance is demonstrated in the clean IT audits in my Places of work. I serve as chairperson at a number of ICT committees and this includes subcommittee of Gauteng CIO Council. 

My experience as a manager covers achi of clean audits, successful delivery of ICT projects, which the projects were delivered on time and within budget. My sound planing and financial management is advocated by on budget spending and meeting my targets. In all my places of work I have always worked well with my subordinates, my counter part and executive management above my level. I am very analytical and ethical.

 Above my academic background, I have accomplished my entry to senior management certification (sms), project management ethics to mention but a few. I have since completed my BTech in Computer Systems Engineering beyond record time and with a few distinctions. Presently I am busy with my Masters in Computer Sciences, which I registered this year and will be completing next year. In that i recently completed my research proposal and now busy finalising chapters.
