M.B.A. (Forecasting, Strategy, Corporate Finance, Marketing) Further I have a detailed understanding of conducting international business, supply chain management, contract management, price negotiations and developing SLA. I have conducted business in Europe, Russia, Africa, China and Australia. The emphasis has always been on solution and value added sales. I pride myself on developing lasting relationships, developing strategic marketing and business plans with a focus on technical, commercial and financial results. I am of a mature disposition and thrive under pressure with an enjoyment for travelling and meeting culturally diverse clients. I have worked across Africa establishing distributors to service various industries: Water Treatment, Beverage, Packaging, mining, Oil and gas, agriculture, manufacturing, power. I have established the best route to market and set up the appropriate sales and support structure across Africa. This includes own sales force, distributor network and agents. Well supported by excellent supply chain management. Managed customer relationships including service agreements, trouble shooting, contracts, pricing and training. I have managed sales teams of up to 15 and service engineers. Grown sales from $0 to over $ 18 million per annum on two occasions. I have established a company in Zambia and a company in Zimbabwe.

I won the BOC technology award for the best  commercialisation of new technology. I have negotiated SLA with international companies based in China, Switzerland, UK, USA and Australia.
