my experience includes head customer care consultant, where i was responsible for manning the front counter and offer customer service, i was also responsible for training cashiers new and old about any system changes that may affect the sales transactions, daily cashing up for cashiers , cash pick , authorizing transactional errors , discounts , refunds, exchanges and quotations.   

Education

I've recently just completed the National Diploma In Marketing and believing that I'll get something relevant to support this career I'm heading on.
