I am a talented, ambitious and hardworking individual, with broad skills and Experience in the Debt Collection industry. Furthermore, I am adept at handling multiple tasks on a daily basis competently and at working well under pressure.

Some of my key strength is communication; building strong relationships with people in order to deliver the best results. 

 I am a strategic, analytical  thinker as well as a critical thinker, that's driven to constantly look at processes to improve outcomes.

Being in Leadership roles has improved my decision making skills as well as Problem solving skills, understanding  that  its Critical for any Leader to take action, as a plan without action is no plan.

Proven track Record of over  21 years experience in the collections industry,  A Perceptive Collection Manager astutely administering and collecting loans and payments in a professional manner. Committed to securing client payments and settling account matters through effective negotiations and efficient staff management. Constantly evaluating processes to streamline workflows.

Self-motivated Passionate Leader with a strong background in Debt collection, understanding of Data Analytics , Strategies and Management of teams and communication. Excellent understanding of the  different laws, legislation and regulations.

My debt collection career started in July 1999 at ABSA as a junior collection agent until July 2002. with a move to Wesbank in  July 2002 to take on a role as a Debt collection agent,  where I quickly transitioned within two years to a more senior role as Team leader with 15 direct reports until November 2011. 

In December 2011 took on the role as Portfolio Manager at NDS Credit Management managing clients as well as direct reports of 4 supervisors with 60 collection agents. I occupied this role at until June 2017 up until the company retrenched staff. 

Thereafter Self employed  since 2017 July until current,  providing a tracing and consultation service  with debtors to DMC debt Management.

Highest Qualification: Matriculated in 1996 at Alabama Secondary School
