Gontse Molefe

A dedicated finance professional with three years of experience spanning financial administration, accounts
receivable and invoicing, HR and payroll, and creditors. I am an aspiring Chartered Accountant with a strong
foundation in financial principles, strategic problem-solving, and process optimization.
My ability to adapt across multiple financial disciplines, combined with a keen analytical mindset and
entrepreneurial spirit, allows me to drive efficiency and accuracy in financial operations. 

Currently working as a Financial Administrator at Glencarol (Pty) Ltd, Gontse has also gained expertise in logistics coordination and financial processes through roles at AFGRI and FORVIA.

I has extensive experience using SAGE accounting software and SAP and is proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting systems. I possess a strong understanding of VAT, PAYE, and SARS compliance, ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory adherence. With the ability to work independently and meet deadlines, I excel in problem-solving, attention to detail, and maintaining a high level of accuracy. 

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Accounting (Chartered Accounting stream) from the University of Cape Town and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education in Economic Management Science and Accounting from the University of Witwatersrand. Currently, I am pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from Eduvos. My educational background blends my financial expertise with teaching qualifications, equipping me with the skills to both manage financial operations and educate future professionals.
