Audit various residential client’s valuations as per client requirements.
• Checking when building loans have been registered.
• Conducting physical inspections of residential properties and the comparable sales used in an area.
• Audit of building files.
• Providing a report on registered building files to the QC Manager on a weekly basis.
• Assist with Residential valuations to improve my knowledge and understand any shortcomings in these areas.
• Assist with Commercial/Agricultural valuations.
• Manage Desktop Valuers.
• Training Valuers.
• Setting appointments to view properties.
• Measuring and conducting physical inspections for properties
• Conducting research and compiling property valuation reports for residential and commercial work.
• Prepare reports for properties to be auctioned.
