Firstly, thank you for giving me the opportunity to introduce myself.

I am a Diploma in Law graduate currently pursuing an LLB degree at UNISA. I recently completed a one-year internship with the Department of Education in the Dispute Management Unit. As an enthusiastic and highly organized individual, I am seeking a job position that will allow me to gain valuable work experience while contributing to the company's daily operations. I am motivated to continually improve and expand my skills and knowledge in order to take on greater responsibilities and pursue opportunities for professional growth.

Dispute Management Unit 

Intern (July 2023 – June 2024)

- Receiving and acknowledging grievances from clients

- Assisting the team with claims process 

- Data capturing and submissions

- Arranging DGC meetings and drafting minutes   

- Responded to clients emails and phone enquiries promptly and accurately

- Issuing outcomes of grievances to clients

- Freezing of salaries
