Im a 35year old  lady who's people oriented and building a very good repo with clients for future reference so basically my position is being a team player leading and eager to learner i have worked for few companies doing sales and customer service so Basically i have a good listening, telephonic, data capture skill I am computers literate.Im one person who handles objectives in a very good calm professional manner which is led by good communication skill and pay attention to details. 

I have worked for Oldmutual as a financial advisor, i sold insurance telephonically and face to face that im high postive that i enhance customer satisfaction to the best of my  ability and my last job was retail i worked as front end control cashier supervisor and admin. 

I completed my matric in 2007 at Germiston High School, then obtained a callcentre certificate in 2008 with Conerstone, i did learnership with a logistics company and this year 2024 i obtained a Digital literacy made easy certificate (introduction to digital literacy, Microsoft office and emerging technologies) with Nemisa institution.
