Town Planner/ Project Manager/Facilities Manager looking for new opportunity.

Experience

I served at the City of Cape Town Local Authority as Town Planner (Land Use Management) from 2003 to 2016 focussing on municipal legislation, strong administrative processes and interaction with all role players within the construction field in meetings. I also served on various committees, argued the merits of applications in front of tribunals and mentored a number of students. 

From October 2016 to April 2019 I served as Project Manager for Multi Spectrum Properties, focussing on project management, obtaining quotes and liaising with numerous contractors (security, health and safety, civil and electrical engineering, site managers etc) in order to deliver residential developments on time and within budget.

Education

I have obtained a Grade 12 (Matric) qualification and NQF level 7 (Bachelor’s Degree in Town and Regional Planning. 

In 2020 I also finished an 8-week course in Facilities Management at the University of Cape Town.

From April 2019 to March 2021 I worked for Blue Sands Landscaping mainly focussing on development maintenance.

From  April 2021 to December 2021 I worked as the Facility Manager for Residentia Trust focussing on the Brackengate 1 and 2  and Northgate Estate Business Parks.
