About Geneva Lippert:
I offer a comprehensive set of skills that I believe will be valuable to your facility. Throughout my 7 years of teaching experience, I have earned a reputation for being dependable and thorough. I also have the training and necessary skills required to create lesson plans that will ensure provision of optimal educational development. I have excellent verbal and written communications skills needed to work with other teaching professionals, parents and students. I always maintain a professional attitude even when working in the demanding environment educational facilities often experience. I am currently working in a senior secondary school with 1975 diverse students.
One of my greatest strengths as an educator is meeting students’ unique needs by developing a personal understanding of each one of them. I have learned to develop high effective teaching techniques and instructional methods to ensure a fun, engaging and a positive learning environment. I furthermore ensure that all my students can grasp new learning concepts and enhance their personal skills by providing hands on manipulative and fun activities.
I strongly believe in cultivating and sustaining strong working relationships with members of the school community. To maintain this, I create and sent out weekly newsletters to keep parents up to date on class and school events, and welcome parents-teacher conference. I also work with fellow teachers to develop activities, implement beneficial resources, and refine teaching techniques. Furthermore, I establish a good rapport with my students, and I let them feel that I love teaching and being with them.
