I matriculated 1999, since then I have been in a vast number of positions, which alternately lead me to be a Payroll Administrator. I have been in a payroll position for about 15 years. Although I have had many years as a Payroll Administrator, I am able to work in any administrator / accounting positions. And I am always willing to learn/work new positions.
I am a hard working, loyal person. I have excellent time management. I know how to prioritize work according to importance. I am a quick learner. Always willing to learn new things. I am able to work independently or in a team. I am friendly, always willing to help other people should they need it. Able to make decisions based on the information given.
I have worked in numerous environments. For example, McCarthy was motor industry. ASP Rope Access was to do with accessing certain areas. Phoenix Colours was also manufacturing, but mostly in personnel / labour environment. I believe I can work in any environment, given the chance.
I have worked on Pastel Payroll, VIP Premium, Unique, Automate (basic) and basic Sage 300, able to work on all MS Office programs aswell as Google chrome. I have a diploma in Bookkeeping and varies certificates.
I have worked in foreign currency when I was working at ASP Rope Access. I always checked the exchange rate. Working out hours that the employees work on the rigs. Then inputting them as Dollars and then converting it to South African Rand. Then capturing it into the payroll system.
I am able to work flexible hours. I have a code 8 drivers license and my own car. I am available immediately.
