I have 26 years’ experience (with a very stable employment record )as well as the qualifications regarding all aspects of a business namely credit control, finance, operations, sales, marketing, logistics, warehousing, and human resources.
My responsibilities have included the management of staff in various departments, organizing workflow, drafting and implementing policies and procedures and setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with a company’s plans and vision.
I have very strong skills in credit control (full function), leadership roles, strategic planning, communication and hands-on problem solving and the ability to work under stress. I also have the ability to motivate, encourage and inspire staff. I have sober habits (don't drink or smoke).
