FIKILE NGWENYA

A confident and highly multi-lingual graduate with a master’s degree in public health and a bachelor’s degree in social work. I have worked in different fields of social work mostly statutory, medical, mental health, generic and employee wellness. I have vast experience in both working in the private and public sector, ranging from managing individual cases, families, group therapy and supervision and as an employee wellness programs which entails designing wellness strategy, managing absenteeism, implementing EAP Core technologies, and providing Psychosocial support. I am currently working independently as an affiliate in the Employee Wellbeing sector. My skills could benefit the community as well as the potential employer. I have a history of working very well with multidisciplinary teams.
