In my position as Human Resource Officer at the Department of Justice and constitutional development, I’ve executed duties in dispute resolution, arbitrations, grievance investigation, I also Accountable for full induction of new employees, registration on HR system and completion of all relevant documentation.

 I have a vast knowledge in retail business and selling products, target marketing and target reaching as a credit consultant. facilitating and advising in recruitment and selection and providing administrative duties support. 

I have acquired extensive knowledge in Data Capturing and analyzing, Labor Relations Act and policies, clerical and administrative duties and dealing with clients queries in person and over the phone therefore when I found the opening for this position with your company I felt as if it was addressed to me.  I’m sure I can use my expertise to bring similar results for your company.
