I I am a Section Manager with 15 years work experience in the mining industry. I have been responsible for different areas of the plant and the entire plant. I have  a  diverse group of employees that service the area include Operations, Engineering workshop, Technicians and the Sorthouse personnel. The main focus of my role include Health, Safety and Environmental Management (2.6.1 appointment in term of HSA), achieving production budgets, Security Management, Quality Assurance, Sorthouse Management, Continuous improvement, Contractor management and project management. I am passionate about people development, performance management and will build relationships through effective interpersonal, organisational and leadership skills.
