I have a combined  total of 25 years experience in Architecture (project architect & architectural technologist), Interiors (joinery/kitchens/shop-fittings) Project management (construction snagging & supervising) Property Maintenance planning, Facilities management- Property grading & Life cycle maintenance planning at 5 leading Architect practices in Cape Town.

I have successfully project managed many buildings & maintenance projects in the Cape Town Metropole as well as managing & coordinating the condition grading for a large government portfolio using SPM (facilities and property management software)
I have also been inducted to ACSA (airports company) specialist health & safety programs & PRASA (Metrorail) Health & safety programs, whilst working on these projects.

I am in possession of a valid code8 drivers license (with pdp) and my formal training & certificates obtained are as follows:
