able to climb the ladder from a junior to a senior sales position. This position enabled
me to familiarize myself with the role of manager and improve my skills as a team
leader. I know how to successfully manage a team in order to complete all the tasks
entrusted to me, as well as everything needed to maintain my skills in customer
satisfaction. My superiors entrusted me with the franchise of their new Johannesburg
store, which I successfully opened in 2016. And then I worked for a B2B-B2C
company called ''Buyashara Limited'' as sales manager in charge of all French-
speaking Africa. Currently, I'm working for Lufthansa as a customer relations
specialist. I believe that with all my current professional skills and past work
