I've been working in a call center environment for 16 years, working for different companies. I started as sales agent at SA Commercial when I was reactivating customers lapsed policies, after that I worked for Old mutual as a sales agent, selling old mutual policies for 2 years. From Old Mutual I was employed by MFIN group working as Employment confirmation agent. Uploading and verifying customers documents for those who applied for a loan for 2 years then I was retrenched. In 2017 I was employed by SportPesa working as an Online Customer service agent assisting clients with any betting related queries for 3 years, I retrenched in 2020, same year in 2020 I was employed by YesPlay online betting as an online customer service agent. I am currently assisting clients with any betting related queries, approving customers withdrawals, crediting deposits that did not reflect, uploading and verifying documents.
