As a mine Overseer I am accountable for the planning, coordination and effective implementation of mining and all related activities to ensure the achievement of operational objectives arising out of the business and mining strategy. The role also holds a legal accountability with a 2.14.

• I was leading, monitoring and supervising a group of employees to achieve daily goal that contribute to the growth of the organisation. . I was working underground and I was involving in the supervision of the process of drilling, blasting and rock cleaning in order to extract minerals. The ore Is moved to the surfaces by means of rails and hoisting apparatus.

Trackless/ Shift Supervisor Harmony Gold Mine – Welkom Free State 07/2012 - Current

• I was managing promoting and assure adherence to safety health and environmental procedures. Identify unsafe and hazardous situation. Interpret the approved operational plans. Determine how resources and processes must be utilised and applied to achieve objectives.

Mine Overseer Harmony Gold Mine - Randfontein 05/2017 - Current

• I am responsible for accountability of effective planning, Coordinating and Implementing of mining and all other related activities to ensure the achievement of operational objective associated with the company’s business and mining strategy.
