Hi,

I am Evelina Ivins, 37 years old and I was born in Sweden. I am married to a South African and we recently moved to Port Elizabeth. For the past 7 years I have been working for the municipality in my hometown Falkenberg in Sweden. I was working in the contact center answering questions regarding pre school, school, high school, social security contributions, domestic services for elderly and so on. Recently we were named Sweden's best contact center for service and treatment.

I have also worked as a shop assistant in Harrods, UK. Flight attendant for Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Shop assistant for Tiger of Sweden in Stockholm, Sweden. 

I really enjoy working with customer service and would like to continue with that here in SA.
