Esethu Mabaso

My name is Esethu Mabaso, a BCom graduate from the University of KwaZulu Natal.   I have chosen this degree path as I have a deep passion for adding value to not only people’s personal lives but also the company that I work for. My  Nomination to attend the Global Young leaders conference in the USA gave me value by allowing me to learn how to deal with diverse cultures from across the world enhancing my communication and teamwork ability thus teaching me how to be flexible and adaptive to an environment I am unfamiliar with.

I have experience in a company called Profuture Tutoring. My experience includes implementing and leading risk assessments, team building, strategic planning, lesson plans, website design for the company & partnered schools, code of ethics,  anti-corruption & fraud policies,  bookkeeping on Quick-books, and the hiring & recruitment of 11 staff members currently employed by the company.

I have also had the opportunity of leading an organization called Senkosi Deaf Society. In this organization we dealt with the injustices that are faced by the deaf community, advocating for them and making sure that they themselves can add value to society.

I studied a saica accredited bachelor of commerce in Accounting and I am currently studying my postgraduate diploma in Internal Auditing
