I have a typing speed of 62 Wpm and excellent computer skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook Express, Opera, Protel Semper, and Innkeeper. I believe that I am well suited for this position because of my previous work experiences. I have a Management Assistant Diploma and 5 years of experience in customer service. Experience

- Responsible for guest schedules, and invoices and making sure that treatments are charged   accordingly, 

-Promoting spa packages and informing all departments about cancellations of reservations and treatments

-Handling POS float, payments due via vouchers and credit cards 

-Providing information to guests as per their request, the registration procedure for guests 

-Booking reservations for rooms and transport

-Deal with inquiries on a day-to-day basis 

-Operating busy and high-volume calls switchboard and forwarding calls to different departments. 

-Resolving issues related to guests 

-Ensuring that all guests are provided with what they need and coordinating to provide the best service. 

-Preparing all forms and reports to the different departments and ordering stationery 

-Handling couriers and petty cash 

-Refunding payments and assisting with reservations over weekends 

-Scanning of documents, filing, and faxing

-Organizing special events for guests 

-Creating and redeeming Spa vouchers 

-Induction on arrival at the establishment for guests

-Opening and closing of the restaurant 

-Assisting and preparing group restaurant reservations 

-Day-end and cash-up of staff 

-Providing daily restaurant reservation sheets and table plans 

-Labeling and doing price checks 

-Promoting club cards and specials 

-Stock takes of products, Merchandising, and Mark-down expiry products

-Preparing the layout of products
