He is an activist that advocates for better services for victims of sexual offences (GBV), better resourcing of stakeholders and lobbies for adherence to policy for victims of crime. He became known to me as a true advocate for sexual offences. He defends the rights of victims and will monitor and oversee the proper administration of due process (even though it doesn’t fall within the scope of his work duties) but manifest the great and compassionate heart Mr. Halvorsen possess for victims of crime and the community at large.
