A master's graduate in mechanical engineering with passport number AA346644 and a permanent residence (PR) holder in South Africa with significant skills and experience in the industrial sector as a mechanical design and project engineer and at the institution of higher learning as a part-time lecturer.

In the industrial sector, I am a highly skilled mechanical engineer with over 6 years of experience in designing and developing complex mechanical systems for a variety of industries haven worked for a consultation firm. Possessing a strong knowledge of mechanics, mechanic of materials, materials science and thermodynamics. I have a proven track record of success in designing innovative solutions in accordance to ISO and SANS, and that meet customer needs, and improve system performance. Some of which includes the design, manufacturing, assembling and commissioning of lifting equipment, temporary suspended equipment's, jigs, fixtures, mixing tanks, heat exchangers, and HVAC systems.

Expertise in both computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided engineering (CAE) software, allowing for the creation of detailed designs, simulations and FEA to ensure the functionality and safety of mechanical systems. Adept at working in cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems with electrical and software components, and strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Throughout my career, I have led numerous projects from conception to completion, including the development of new products, the improvement of existing systems, and the integration of mechanical systems with other technologies. As a motivated and detail-oriented engineer, I strive to deliver high-quality work and continually improve my skills and knowledge to stay on the cutting edge of the mechanical engineering field.

I have 6+ years of experience in the mechanical engineering field working as a mechanical design and project engineer with plenty of experience in designing and developing mechanical systems, analyzing and solving technical problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting experiments and simulations, creating technical drawings and specifications, testing and evaluating prototypes, and managing projects. As a result, I have hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) and FEA software like SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD, Prokon, Ansys, Abaqus, and Revit, knowledge of materials science, thermodynamics, mechanics, and HVAC, and an understanding of industry regulations and standards. I have worked for an engineering consulting firm and completed projects in various industries such as manufacturing, production, mining, construction, and power generation.  

In addition, I have 3+ year in higher education as a lecturer.

Completed a master of engineering (M.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering.
