Mechanical duties

Inspecting the values and nozzless, weigh chamber, checking the gasket and steam stripper, pumps, filter, flow meter, grease and changing the bearings.

Electrical duties

Motor testing, isolating testing, E stop testing, vibrating analysis, analogue level, weigh bridge checks, scales checks, boil instruments like PT100, pressure switch, cable test and pulling in the new cable, install new plc cards, generators, transformers, fault finding
