I take pride in doing everything with accuracy, rigor, care, and diligence. I believe that I would contribute significantly to the team because of my analytical skills, propensity for organization, and ease at being intensely focused in my head. Outside of the lecture hall, I want to take advantage of unique learning opportunities. Whatever team I work for, I will quickly make friends. I am also adept at involving teammates in the action without pressuring or controlling them. This ability, in my opinion, distinguishes me from other graduates. 

I have served as the deputy chairperson and chairperson as  the school of architecture and planning at wits university as a student leader

Construction management is applicable to all project delivery techniques. A Construction Manager's (CM) obligation is to the owner and to the success of the project, regardless of the location.
