OHS Manager : Key Functions & Responsibilities:

• Planning and execution of the Safety Management System (Compile Risk Assessments / Safe Work Procedures’, Train employees to be safety compliant)
• Compiling Safety Files
• Assist Managers and Sub-Contractors  with Safety Requirements 
• Auditing Safety Files on a regular basis.
• Compiling Safety Plans (In line with Legislation and Client Specification)
• COID – Responsible for reporting incidents and keeping the company Letter of Good standing up to date
• Doing investigations 
• Disciplinary hearings
• Keeping Director of Company up to date regarding BCCEI requirements (Bargaining Council for the Civil Engineering Industry)
• Training members of management and other contractors how to use our safety system 

Plant Manager : Key Functions & Responsibilities:

• Ensure that each vehicle is serviced when necessary and repair or replace plant equipment as needed.
• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day to day operations.
• Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment.
• Keeping inventory up to date
