Eden Ben-Attar

My name is Eden Ben-Attar and I’m looking for a work opportunity that allows me to combine my area of study with real world applications. I have worked in the corporate world since 2018 as a research intern and worked my way up to a senior researcher. I have also helped to co-author a now published report internationally with the International Strategic Accelerator for women (iSAW) that looks at how gender equality can be accelerated through The Environmental, Social and Governance Framework. I completed my Undergraduate degree cum laude with a triple major in English Literature, Psychology and Criminology and my Postgraduate degree cum laude with a specialisation in Applied Psychology for Professional Contexts. I am highly organised, passionate and determined. One of the most notable things I enjoy about learning is the intellectual fulfilment it provides, hence helping a student reach their full potential by adapting to different learning environments (face-to-face or online). Furthermore, I believe that additional skills in research positively promotes change and development within any academic or occupational practice. I am punctual, well-spoken and can easily communicate with others. I enjoy poetry, anthropological discussions of the human experience and works of literature such as Mrs. Dalloway, Nervous Conditions, Paradise Lost, and many more of the written word.

In late 2018 I worked as an intern researcher for Cornerstone Performance Solutions, Education and Training. The work included essay writing, literature review and extensive research on all topics regarding the Fourth Industrial Revolution (includes artificial intelligence, the role of banking in the 21st century and cryptocurrency). In early 2019 I started working as a research assistant for Ascent Growth Partners, a growth consulting firm. At the end of 2022 I completed my contract as a senior researcher and content writer  at Ascent Growth partners. My work involved extensive research on management consulting, leadership and management shifts, cultural shifts within the corporate environment needed for transformation, external mindsets versus internal mindsets, the concept of change compared to transformation, the Environmental, Social and Governance Framework (ESG) and accelerating gender equality.
