  • Preparing letter of demand and notice for suspension of services
  • Banking Allocation and Reconciliation of accounts
  • Weekly follow up on Debtors Age Analysis
  • Enforce Credit Management Policies and Procedure
  • Arrangement for final accounts and hand over for legal
  • Attend daily customer Enquiries
  • Prepare qualifying refunds and credits
