I am candidate who obtained Bachelor Degree in Community Development from the University of Free State in the year 2022. Current practicing community development under Department of Social Development recognize CDP Intern. 

Having the following skills:

Decision making skill, computer literacy, Problem solving and analysis, Research Skills, Time management skill, Planning and organizing skill, Communication skills, Projects management, Facilitation skills, and Research skill, Programme Facilitation and planning and Stakeholders engagement. 

• Facilitate the registration of emerging local structures such as Non-profits Organisation (NPOs) with the Department of Social Development and other appropriate authorities through, inter alia, training and capacity building.
• Building and maintain good relationship with communities and stakeholders.
• Analyse monthly used finds and comply report through bank reconciliation.
• Assess the community structures, background information including historical need profile, resource and strength. Strengthen and build structures that can assist in this regards. 
• Facilitate the implementation of integrated development activities identified according to the plans developed by involving the community and the mobilization of resources.
• Assist and develop women’s programs to ensure sustainable livelihoods.
• Capture Non-Financial Data for individual benefited from the service.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation, give feedback to the community and other relevant stakeholder and re-plan the actions where required.
• Maintain relevant records, e.g. reports, statistics, minutes of the meeting, documents or Participatory Research and the administration of clients’ funds.
•  Monitor and Evaluate projects and other community development ventures in terms of the evaluation framework and report on the progress thereof.
• Undertake dedicated applied social research to contribute to community development.
