I am a hard worker and a fast learner. I take pride in everything I do and strive to excel at everything I put my mind to.

I worked at the Department of Statistics South Africa during the Census 2022 project as a Field Operations Officer from the duration of December 2021 and April 2022. My duties there were as follows:

-Assisting with stakeholder engagements and verification of gatekeepers within enumeration areas.

-Profiling enumeration areas and conducting gatekeeper and enumeration area publicity for the upcoming Census project.

-Conducting training of Fieldworker Supervisors, CATI clerks and Fieldworkers on the methodologies, processes and procedures of the Census 2022 project

-Supervising a team of 4 Fieldworker Supervisors and 24 Fieldworkers and assisting them with admin, logistics and technical support as well as transporting them to their designated enumeration areas where necessary

-Monitoring the progress of Fieldworker daily targets and intervening when their is an issue with lagging behind targets

-Reviewing and returning inconsistent the work of Fieldworkers as well as signing off on satisfactory work of both Fieldworker Supervisors and Fieldworkers

I have obtained a Bachelor of Psychology degree at the Pearson Institute of Higher Education. As a prerequisite to obtaining my degree it was compulsory that I complete 720 hours of practical experience. I've completed those hours working at Mett Center which was an NGO that provided free counselling and social work services to children in a few government primary schools within Pretoria. There at Mett Center I provided group therapy sessions to children between the ages of 6-13 years as well as individual therapy sessions. Within the same year I also worked at Sungardens Hospice providing pre and post HIV test counselling at their mobile testing centers which traveled within locations and various shopping centers in Pretoria. I worked at Mett Center every Monday, Wednesday and Friday then I worked at Sungardens Hospice every Tuesday
