Working as a Receptionist and Medical administrator at Dr FJ Kloppers, I have successfully put into practice my love for customer service and patient relations that has enhanced the patients experience in the practice.

 

I have the ability to follow direction and keep accurate records. I believe in providing our patients with the best medical care possible and I have the skill to review all medical aid queries.

 

I have a passion for admin and therefore have the understanding of implementing the needs of the practice in this regard. I have knowledge of how all medical aids work and therefore can assist patients and Dr’s with any claims or queries.

 

I believe I have the ability and skills to perform the position I’m applying for.

 

I am currently based in Bethlehem, Free State. However it is my plan to relocate back to Cape Town.
