Ditiro Valencia Mocumi

My name is Ditiro Valencia  Mocumi, and I am currently in my final year of pursuing a Bachelor of Technolgy in Civil Engineering at Cape Peninsula University of Tecnology, where I have maintained a strong academic record with a GPA of more than 63. My educational journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in various aspects of civil engineering, including structural analysis, transportation engineering, geotechnical engineering, and environmental sustainability.

Throughout my studies, I have been particularly passionate about sustainable engineering practices and their potential to positively impact communities and the environment. This passion has driven me to actively engage in projects and coursework that emphasize innovative solutions to modern engineering challenges.

 I have advanced engineering principles and utilized tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MATLAB to design and analyze . This experience has not only honed my technical skills but also reinforced my ability to manage complex projects and collaborate effectively with peers and mentors.

Beyond academics and internships, I am an active member of the CPUT Civil Engineering Society and have participated in several extracurricular activities, including volunteering with Peer helper  on community infrastructure projects. These experiences have taught me the importance of teamwork, leadership, and effective communication in achieving common goals.

Looking ahead, I am excited about the opportunity to apply my skills and knowledge in the field of civil engineering.
